José is one of the first developers we had working on our main project, which he helped a lot to plan and design. Before coding, he analyzes requirements and makes sure that he understands everything. If he doesn’t, he asks a lot of questions until he is completely certain that he understands what needs to be done. I can say that among his greatest strengths are his ability to effectively work in teams and the way he treats other people.
Actualy I'm working with a Snapchat developer and others good developers and I can say that José has better programming logic and more productively than all of then. When he doesn't know something he learns it, and when it doesn't exist he creates the solution. Who has José in his team doesn't have just a Developer, also has a Lead who can manage a team and get fast results.
Working with José has been one of the most amazing events in my career. He's always committed to deliver the best of him on time, providing the user with amazing experiences and high-quality systems.
I remember interviewing José at the company that I worked before Pitech. He was someone, who although he didn't have the right skills for the job at the time, he showed great potential. After several years I changed to Pitech and ended up working with him. He was already another person with skills that exceeded the requirements when I interviewed him. Working with him showed me that no matter what skills a person has at the moment, with delivery, dedication and persistence a person can reach even beyond where it is proposed.
I had the chance to work with José in a couple of projects before and the experience was really satisfying. His background, knowledge, and willingness to continue improving are infinite.
